These terms cover wash plans from Luxe Yacht Care. They're written to be read, not skimmed past.

What a wash is

A surface wash: rinse, hand wash, non-skid scrub, glass and hand dry of the parts of your boat I can safely reach from the dock, lift, trailer or driveway, with photos after. It isn't detailing. I don't compound, wax, repair, or do engine or mechanical work, and I don't work below the waterline. The one exception is the freshwater engine flush on jet skis, when it's on your plan. Add-ons, such as spray sealant, are done only when they're on your plan.

Plans and billing

Plans are priced by boat length and billed monthly to the card you keep on file. Your first wash is 25% off, taken off your first bill. There's no contract: you can cancel anytime by text, and billing stops. Prices for boats 39 ft and longer are quoted individually.

Your day

Boats in the same area are washed on the same day, and you'll be given yours when you start. If weather or safety cancels a visit, I move it to the next open day and text you first.

Access

You don't need to be there. You're responsible for giving me safe access to the boat and for any permission your marina, association or dock requires. I use biodegradable, marina-friendly products at the dock.

Condition of the boat

I photograph the boat before I start so we both have a record of its condition. Existing damage, oxidation, stains that don't come out with a wash, and wear from age aren't something a wash can fix, and I'll tell you when I see them.

Changes

If prices or these terms change, I'll text you before your next bill.
