Luxe Yacht Care is a mobile boat wash run by Jayden across Tampa Bay, Florida. This page explains what I collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

When you ask for a price, I collect what you tap and type: your boat's length, where it's kept, the plan you're interested in, your name, your mobile number, and optionally how you heard about us.

Along with that, the site records the page you were on, any ad campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm tags or ad click IDs), your approximate country, and your browser type. This tells me which ads and pages actually bring people in.

How I use it

To text you your price and your wash day, to schedule and carry out washes, to bill your plan, and to understand which advertising works. I don't sell your information and I don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

Text messages

By sending the form, you agree that Luxe Yacht Care can text you about your quote and your washes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Cookies and advertising tags

This site may use the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and to show ads to people who have visited. These services may set cookies and receive information about your visit under their own privacy policies. You can limit this with your browser's privacy settings and your ad preferences at Meta and Google.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are passed to the tools I use to receive and answer them. Payments, once you start a plan, are handled by a payment processor; I never see or store your full card number.

How long I keep it

As long as you're a customer, and for a reasonable time after for records and taxes. Ask me to delete your information and I will, unless I'm required to keep it.
